Oasis to Zen Integrative Wellness
For high-achieving women who hold it all together — but quietly haven't felt like themselves in years. There's a reason. And there's a way back.

What Needs Support First?
The Self-Regulated Woman Reset Quiz™ is not a diagnosis. It is a supportive reflection tool designed to help you better understand what may be contributing to how you feel—and where a more grounded path forward can begin.
Choose the answer that sounds most like you right now. At the end, you'll see the pattern that may need the most support first.

Women aren't drowning because they lack discipline. They're drowning in information. They don't need more rules — they need understanding. The body reflects what it's been asked to carry.
Most approaches start at food, supplements, or mindset — and skip the most important step. Recognition of what the body has been adapting to. That's where lasting change actually begins.
Not those who provide more information. The women who heal won't necessarily be the ones who try harder. They'll be the ones who finally understand what their body has been asking for all along.

Waking at 2–3am and dragging through the next day isn't fine. It's a fuel-and-stress pattern routine labs often miss — and one that can be addressed without a single new prescription.
When the body has the fuel and regulation it needs, the so-called self-control problems dissolve. The cravings, the snapping, the 3pm crash — they were signals, not flaws.
High-functioning women will keep being told they're okay while their stress stays stuck on, their energy crashes, and their sleep breaks. We don't have to wait until something gives out.

I'm an Integrative Health Strategist who works at the intersection of nutrition science, nervous system regulation, sleep, and hormonal health. After twenty years in this work, I've learned this: most women aren't struggling with mindset — they're living in a body that doesn't feel safe.
I founded Oasis to Zen Transformation Spa in Las Vegas in 2006 and have been working with women globally since 2018. The work we do isn't about pushing harder; it's about rebuilding the physiological capacity to show up for your own life.
